Cost: Our basic consulting contract is $200 per hour with a minimum 6 hours. Travel and out of pocket expenses are billed to the client at cost. Please contact us prior to issuing your Purchase Order, a detailed quotation will be prepared for you, and we will book an appointment with you at your place of business.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT:

For those clients that do not need on-site consulting, we offer an annual telecommunication support contract (i.e. telephone and e mail) This covers application consulting, and, off warranty instrument maintenance and operation consulting. Our annual fee for a support contract is $1,200 for regular business hours five days a week, for up to 12 hours of support.

24/7/365SC Emergency Consulting and/or Support For critical and JIT manufacturing situations

• This programme is not inexpensive, but IS the most effective that money can buy.
  
• 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year emergency consultation and/or support is available for an additional charge based on your special needs. You will be given special access to our pager service which will give you access to one of our consultants at any time 24/7/365. Extended teleconferencing can be done via SKYPE over high speed internet.
